Fooled you!!! Today's post is anything but strict!!! We have a very fun challenge for you at Simon Says Stamp and Show this week....basically ANYTHING Goes...so go wild and show us your stuff!
I wanted to see just how much sparkle and shine I could stuff on one small tag...push it to the limits and see what happens!!!
I wanted to see just how much sparkle and shine I could stuff on one small tag...push it to the limits and see what happens!!!
Of course IRL it is even more sparkling :) I was able to cover the whole tag with sparkle product, and then layer more and more sparkle = happy girl! I really don't think one can have too much :)
The tag began it's life as a mop-up tag...you can see some of the inks were even shiny :)
I added some dimension in the way of molding paste through a stencil, then covered the WHOLE tag with Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint in clear rock candy....LOVE this stuff!!!
I outlined the Dylusions saying with my Sakura Gelly Roll pen...another must have glitter product in my arsenal :)

I created this butterfly by embossing it in silver powder, and then once again applying the clear crackle paint. Then I applied a layer of Inka-Gold metal paint in silver topped with walnut stain ink applied into the cracks to give it some punch!
