Good morning! I'm back today to share a tag for our latest challenge at Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge: Seeing Stars. Oh how I love stars...the real things that is LOL! Living in the country, we have some spectacular night skies, so full of stars...my family often makes fun of me for always saying "Oh look at all the beautiful stars!"...they don't love them like I do ;)
I have made this tag for my hubby :) I have a picture tutorial showing the steps below:
It started out as a "mop-up" tag.
I clear embossed the tag with a Crafter's Workshop mini star shower template...not sure at this point if I had done the right thing!!!
So I added Tim Holtz Distress stains in picket fence and tarnished brass...let the paint sit for a bit, then wiped it off...much happier now :)
Added a few star adornments :) Trying my best to keep it manly :)
...and a fitting sentiment for my hubby :)

Trace....I love your tag for your hubby! The "mop up" tag became a star when you added the embossed stars and then topped the tag with Picket Fence and Tarnished Brass. I would not have thought of that...but it looks amazing! What a sweet sentiment and I like the dimensional star to the left of it as well. <3 Candy
