HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Good afternoon! I'm off work today and got to play in my craftroom YAY!! I made a tag that makes me soo happy....why you ask, well I used up some scraps that I have been accumulating :) I am not sure why this makes me so happy, but it does LOL!

I am entering this tag into Impression-Obsessions latest challenge: Celebrate the Holidays. I am a huge fan of their Cover a Card background stamps...they are 5.75 X 5.75 inches!! I used a variety of them on this tag: CC030 Lg. Paisley, CC097 Dotty Pattern, CC054 Swirls and Stars, CC033 Quilt, and CC037 Sm. Paisley. I also used IO snowflake die which I covered with Silver Zing embossing powder. The sentiment is a Making Memories rub on.

For this tag I was inspired by Claudine Hellmuth's tag over at the CLASSrooms current challenge...I love her colour story and of course the use of strips of paper.
I am going to enter this tag in the CLASSroom's 12 tags of Christmas-Feminine twist.

Have a fantastic day! Hugs, TRace

Really pretty tag! This could be on the Ellen Hutchinson blog - I have been looking at her version of the 12 tags everyday. Anyway, I love the poof-ball trim and all of the different panels you created from stamping with IO's fabulous background stamps. And I love the snowflakes, I thought they were metal but I love the look of the embossing! Wonderful! Thanks for sharing.

I am a fan of CACs too... and I love how you made your own patterned papers for the tag. The snowflakes look beautiful as well.
