Impression-Obsession:

Good afternoon! I finally found some extra time to play along with Impression-Obsessions latest challenge: A gift for you. I knew I had to use my newly acquired snowflake dies from Impression-Obsession....they are so delicate and pretty!! I decided to make a tag that I can attach to a gift.

I embossed this classic IO cover a card background stamp CC027 Flourishes onto a tag with ZIng metallic green embossing powder, and then generously applied different Distress Inks and Colour shine sprays in blues and greens.

I die cut my Impression Obsession snowflakes from Ranger Metal Foil Sheets and applied to a Spellbinders die and also around the tag :)

I didn't want to cover the pretty background, so I left the sentiment off...I rarely ever do this! I figure I can write on the back :)

Thanks for stopping by to visit! Have a fantastic day!

HI Tracey your tag is gorgeous. I've missed another IO challenge. I've been too busy. Hopefully the next one. I LOVE the background (and I agree, I hate covering them up). I've never heard of the colour shine spray... another item for my shopping list :) take care, Shirleyx

Oh my gosh, this is so pretty, Tracey! I like the photo that showcases it best, on an angle. It really shows the green shimmer so beautifully.

Hi, loving your body of work on your blog. Wonderful inspiration. Let me start with this tag. Oh my yummy goodness, I could almost eat that second shot of your tag, lol. I LOVE CACs and your pooled up colours in the nooks and crannies of the embossing make this look stunning. I'm going to have to make one tonight coz I just have to have something like it for myself, but compromise on green powder. Glad you didn't cover it all up.
