Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge: Chic to be Shabby

Hello! Today I have a card to share with you all :) It is a dt project for the latest challenge at Simon Says Stamp and Show: Chic to be Shabby. My card is more chic then shabby...I have a hard time doing shabby, even though I love that look!

My inspiration for this card came from my dear friend Donna, she was sitting across from me at my annual girls scrap at my house. Donna was wearing a pink turtleneck with a beige cardigan over top, she had on brown eye glasses, and had her white phone in hand...what better inspiration then your friend :) I just might make this a regular challenge at our scraps....and I will be sure to wear something challenging LOL!

I have added a few homemade/vintage touches...the button and two of the laces are vintage stash, and a handmade crocheted flower :)

My newest favorite white ink is Memories Unicorn White Pigment Ink....the whitest I have found yet and with great coverage too :)

Like every week....the oh so generous Heidi from Simon Says Stamp Superstore will be awarding a $50 dollar store voucher to one lucky random participant :) So show us your take on Chic to Shabby HERE at Simon Says Stamp and Show :)
Have the most wonderful day! Hugs, TRace

All chic is just fine. That's a fab colour combo and I have just realised it was white ink. I love my pigment pads too. Need to dig them out again. Loving your work and peeking at it often...trying to get round to leaving some bloggy love too. Have a good week. Sarah.
